First Step: Schedule Your In-Home or Virtual Consultation

Planning & Budgeting

We provide an in home consultation to discuss your needs and ideas
We provide design suggestions and advice to expand upon your vision.
An estimate will be provided based on our initial consultation. (Final pricing will be subject to completion of detailed plans and specifications.)
Preliminary drawings will be created to show general changes in design including added space, reconfiguration of walls and room layout.
We’ll provide a layout of cabinets and countertops including appliances and fixture locations.

Our architect and designer will take detailed measurements.
Plans will be drawn to include a detailed picture of all structural and non-structural changes to the space.
Room by room detailed layout will be included.
Mechanical plans will be included which will include electrical and lighting design.
Local building and zoning codes will be researched.
Specifications will include details on all products selected and a written agreement clearly defining scope of work to be provided.
Tentative work schedule will be provided.

We will meet to finalize the schedule,material and finish selections and order all materials.
Obtain required Building Permits
Confirm all subcontractors are in place and scheduled
We’ll discuss anticipated day to day activities and special considerations while we are working in your home.

Demolition and debris removal
Foundation work
Framing
Roofing, windows and siding
Rough plumbing and rough electric
Insulation and sheetrock
Installation of tile and flooring
Installation of cabinetry, countertops fixtures, etc.
Inspections will be performed at each stage according local code and permit requirements
No additional work or “change order” is performed without your signed approval
All final inspections will be performed and approved before your final payment is due

We promise to respect your home and will do our best to minimize disruption and inconvenience.
We will be committed to your project until it is complete.
We will provide a 5 year warranty for all of our work
